SKULL & CO. offers flat rate shipping within the continental U.S. (via USPS) on all orders, regardless of quantity. For alternative shipping requests please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, SKULL & CO. will accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise providing that they are in their original packaging. Sale and Clearance items are considered as final sales and cannot be returned.
Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the reason for the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, in which case we will refund the postage cost.
Items returned for refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Refund times will depend upon your credit card company’s policies.
Items returned for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will then be placed for any replacement item(s) requested. Availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a Merchandise Credit.
